Our new Handoff Router automates scheduling to book meetings while the prospect is still on the call with your SDR. This eliminates delays by scheduling demos with the first available rep, and helps cut down on no-shows and cancellations from outbound efforts.

You can set up routing rules to streamline SDR workflows, so you’ll always know each outbound lead will be going to the right rep. Plus, customize lead handoff forms to capture exactly what you need and keep your CRM updated automatically, reducing manual entries and errors.

Simplify follow-ups: Email a quick AI summary or full notes with one click

Now you can quickly send a follow-up email with either detailed notes or a quick AI summary with a simple click. Send through your Gmail or Outlook. Any follow-up interactions will be recorded in your CRM, as long as your email account is synced.

How to Use:

  1. Click the “Send Follow-Up Email” button.
  2. Use the toggle option to choose between detailed Meeting Notes or an AI-generated Summary.
  3. Add recipients and review.
  4. Open in Gmail or Outlook.
  5. Hit send!

Avoma meets Zapier: Automate your workflows 

Connect Avoma to over 6,000 tools with just one click using Zapier! Effortlessly sync data between Avoma and your favorite apps to automate your workflows.

How it works: Avoma’s Zapier integration kicks in after a conversation is complete and notes are generated. You can then set up automated workflows based on details like participants, notes, and transcriptions.

What you can do:

  • Create Google Drive documents with your meeting notes.
  • Analyze conversations with external AI tools for deeper insights.
  • Sync transcripts to Product Management tools for better decision-making.

Control who can see and edit your forecast and team targets

We heard you. Not everyone should have access to sales forecasts or be able to change targets. With our new AI Forecasting Assistant settings, you now have full control to customize who sees and edits forecasts and targets. Blocks teams or reps from viewing each other’s forecasting targets while keeping target setting reserved for leaders and managers.

  • Forecast and Target Access Permissions: Decide who can view and edit forecasts and targets.
  • Granular control: Set permissions based on different team roles.
  • Data privacy: Keep sensitive forecast data secure.

Our video playback got a makeover - listen to and navigate calls with ease

Our video player just got a nice little makeover! Listen to calls easily and find what you need faster.

We’ve enhanced our video player to make playback smoother than ever. Enjoy closed captions, improved playback quality, and easier navigation to quickly find and listen to the exact spot you need in your recordings.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Closed Captions: You can now turn on subtitles for your recorded meetings, making it easier to follow along and accessible for users with hearing impairments.
  • Prominent Play Button: We’ve added a big, clear “Play” button right in the center of the video for quick access.
  • Improved Player Bar: The player bar now sits on top of the video while playing and hides automatically after 3 seconds if you’re not using the mouse. Move your mouse to make it reappear, so you get a clean view without interruptions.
  • Chapter Display and Navigation: The player bar shows the name of the current chapter and updates as you move through sections. Click on the chapter name to see a list and easily jump to any part of the video.

These dashboards help team members improve their own calls, spot areas for improvement, and get direct feedback from customers to make their conversations more effective. Think of it as your internal ‘learning leaderboard’ to make learning more engaging for everyone. 

You can also drill down into individual user activity to see if leaders are reviewing their team’s calls and how often they’re providing feedback through comments and snippets shared. Measure coaching with clear KPIs for leaders to hold them accountable.
